I agree to provide my own table, chairs, table clothes, and a 10x10 tent. I agree not to break down or pack up until 7p when the event ends and to be totally packed and loaded by 8p I hereby agree and give my permission for NC Soulful Reunion and/or partners to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Rise Asset Development website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of the NC Soulful Reunion’s control. I agree that I will not hold the NC Soulful Reunion responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction. I agree that NC Soulful Reunion is not liable for any damage or loss due to this event. I agree that I currently have and / or will have business / event insurance the day of the event. I understand my vendor fee is ONLY refundable in the event of a Thunderstorms on the day of the event. I understand that by completing this application, I am not accepted as a vendor until I have been notified by the NC Soulful Reunion via email from ncsouflulreunion@gmail.com and an invoice. I understand that upon acceptance I will pay my vendor fee within 48 hours of acceptance or I will forfeit my space to another vendor. Vendor fee for non food vendors is $25 and food truck vendor fees is $100.
